The EPDM steel bonded washer is used with self tapping screw and self drilling screws for waterproofing and seal. In order to be used with screws of various sizes, we have designed and developed a variety of molds. The EPDM steel bonded washer could assembled with the thread diameter 3.5, 4.2, 4.8, 5.5, 6.3, 8, 10 screws.
The traditional process for EPDM bonded washer is cold glue. In order to improve the professionalism of production products, we have newly introduced a hot glue process production line. EPDM steel bonded washer made by hot glue process, EPDM and steel sheets will stick more firmly and will not separate.
